Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a senior strategy leader to drive enterprise initiatives and transformation programs. You will partner with executive leadership, shape governance, and influence cross-functional teams across regions to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will operate with ambiguity, translate complex priorities into actionable plans, and lead multiple high-impact programs with disciplined follow-through and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing senior-level decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or comparable enterprise leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
