Job summary

Franklin Templeton seeks a strategic leader to drive enterprise strategies and transformation across global teams. This hybrid role, based with options including West Palm Beach, FL, supports executive leadership and delivers high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.

You will partner with Co-Presidents and senior leaders, shaping roadmaps, governance, and delivery while advising on complex opportunities. A law- or policy-agnostic, results-oriented mindset will be essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing senior-level decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or comparable enterprise leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar issues, form a point of view, and recommend action.
• Exceptional executive communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, challenge constructively, and drive accountability through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
