Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm’s highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
• Lead complex business transformation programs with consulting-style problem solving and strategic decision support.
• Establish governance, decision-making, and accountability models for senior leaders.
• Independently lead multiple high-impact initiatives with limited oversight and competing priorities.
• Evaluate implications across business, operations, finance, legal, regulatory, and technology lenses.
• Create momentum, remove barriers, and drive execution with urgency and disciplined follow-through.
• Build strong partnerships across functions to advance enterprise priorities.
• Influence executives without direct authority and align diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Lead executive workshops, strategy sessions, and governance forums to move decisions forward.
• Develop concise, executive-level communications and briefing materials.
• Lead change initiatives and guide governance throughout transformation programs.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen operating models, governance, and efficiency in enterprise execution.
• Strongly demonstrate the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar topics and form a point of view.
