Franklin Templeton is seeking an experienced Enterprise Strategy & Execution leader to drive the firm's highest-priority initiatives. You will translate executive vision into roadmaps, partner with executives, and lead complex programs across functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, rapid decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setup across multiple U.S. locations, including Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leadership and influencing senior-level decisions.
• Experience independently leading cross-functional initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or comparable enterprise leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar issues, form a point of view, and recommend action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the firm's highest-priority business strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate executive vision and strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Advise executive sponsors, challenge assumptions, and drive timely decisions at the highest levels of the firm.
• Develop recommendations and decision frameworks for executive leaders navigating complex business opportunities and challenges.
• Anticipate business risks, opportunities, dependencies, and enterprise-wide impacts before they affect delivery.
