(learn more at ).**Job Summary**The Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation plans, establishes, and manages technical projects to delivery while serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. The PM also aligns projects with needs and requirements, constructs detailed project plans, achieves milestones, and communicates project progress across the stakeholder audience. ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs (i.e. MS Dynamics Contact Center, Salesforce) or comparable multi-application integration environment.* Demonstrated ownership of one or more complete ERP implementation phases - requirements and fit-gap analysis, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and post go-live stabilization - on a program of comparable scale and complexity.* Working knowledge of core ERP process domains (finance, HCM/payroll, procurement, or case and service management) sufficient to translate business requirements into configuration and integration decisions and to challenge vendor recommendations.* Experience planning and executing ERP data migration and integration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and interface design across multiple source systems.* Experience managing enterprise software vendors and systems integrators, including statement-of-work scope, deliverable acceptance criteria, change-order control, and escalation.* Experience leading organizational change management, end-user training, and adoption measurement for enterprise platform deployments affecting multiple business units.Preferred Attributes:Strong
