The PM also aligns projects with needs and requirements, constructs detailed project plans, achieves milestones, and communicates project progress across the stakeholder audience. ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, CRMs (i.e. MS Dynamics Contact Center, Salesforce) or comparable multi-application integration environment.* Demonstrated ownership of one or more complete ERP implementation phases -
