Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience leading large enterprise initiatives.
• Experience guiding programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with data-driven projects and enterprise platforms (CRM/ERP/CPQ).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence in matrixed orgs.
• Experience managing program risks, budgets, dependencies, and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a large-scale enterprise program spanning multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to timelines and business outcomes.
• Monitor program health, proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and governance/steering committee updates.
• Manage complex interdependencies, risk mitigation plans, and organizational change adoption tied to platform rollout.
• Track progress against KPIs and partner with stakeholders to ensure business readiness and value realization.
