Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex rural health transformation initiatives and serve as a primary client-facing leader for large-scale healthcare engagements.

You will oversee multiple integrated workstreams, align teams, stakeholders, timelines, and strategic objectives, while driving governance, risk management, and operational leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of project or program management experience.
• Experience serving as a primary client-facing project lead and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day leader for complex rural health transformation projects.
• Establish standards, tools, and reporting structures for accountability and transparency.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risk logs, and dashboards.
• Monitor health, milestones, budget, deliverables, dependencies, and resources.
• Identify risks and barriers; develop mitigation strategies with client and leadership.
• Ensure alignment across teams and contractual commitments.
• Lead governance activities and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across policy, operations, analytics, technology, and finance.
