Job summary

Frontline Managed Services seeks a Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation to lead complex, cross-functional technology and operational initiatives across ITSM, CRM, billing, and data architecture. You will govern governance, risk, and stakeholder communications, coordinate vendors and partner teams, and drive measurable business outcomes from concept through implementation.

A strong background in enterprise platforms, data migration, reporting, and project leadership is essential, with PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, information systems, technology, or project management.
• 7+ years in progressive project or program management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise service platforms (PSA/ITSM/CRM) and data/analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise programs from initiation through planning, execution, and transition to operations.
• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, architecture, and vendor partners.
• Provide executive reporting on program health, milestones, risks, and decisions.
