Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Data Consultant in the United States to lead complex data, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to clients. The role blends consulting excellence, business acumen, technical depth, and leadership to drive measurable outcomes and long-term partnerships.

The candidate will guide cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and contribute to practice growth through business development and innovation while upholding AHEAD delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Data Science or related technical discipline.
• 8–10+ years delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or professional services experience leading complex client engagements.
• Experience leading project teams, multiple workstreams, or enterprise initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Experience delivering modern data platform solutions including data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, analytics, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more client engagements or multiple workstreams with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Lead project teams by setting priorities, deliverables, accountability, and execution plans.
• Facilitate strategy, roadmap, planning, solution design, and executive decision-making workshops.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, value-driven technical solutions.
• Manage scope, financials, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery quality.
