Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an Enterprise Change & Transformation Consultant to help organizations build durable change capability—centers of excellence, self-service playbooks, and manager-led practices that endure beyond a single project go-live. You will serve as a day-to-day client contact, structure analyses, and coach associates while delivering enterprise change work streams.

You'll apply OCM theories and models (Prosci ADKAR) to assess change readiness, map stakeholder impacts, and align change

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) or enterprise transformation experience.
• Ability to design and stand up scalable change capability (CoEs, playbooks, manager coaching).
• Proficiency with Prosci ADKAR methodology and applying tools to build change plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and stand up of client Centers of Excellence for change and governance.
• Coach line managers to lead teams through continuous organizational changes.
• Develop scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates for future transformations.
