Job summary

AHEAD in Chicago seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Change & Transformation to lead architecture of change programs, develop CoEs, and drive adoption across client organizations. You will coach managers, design scalable playbooks, and measure outcomes with metrics tied to business results; strong communication and leadership are essential.

This role guides transformation across multiple engagements and adapts to evolving client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on OCM or transformation experience.
• Ability to design scalable change capability (CoE, self-service playbooks).
• Proficient in Prosci ADKAR framework and change readiness assessments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategic and tactical OCM activities across the team and project delivery.
• Leads design and stand-up of Centers of Excellence for change and governance.
• Coaches line managers to lead teams through continuous change.
• Directs development of scalable playbooks, toolkits, and templates.
• Directs enterprise-wide change road mapping and adoption plans.
