Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Change & Transformation. The role directs strategic OCM activities across practice and project delivery, building capabilities and durable change adoption beyond single rollouts.

Responsibilities include establishing CoEs, governance, and scalable playbooks, coaching managers, and driving enterprise-wide road maps with a focus on measurable outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant work experience related to Organizational Change Management (OCM) or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record delivering client services in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading OCM initiatives independently or as part of a larger project engagement.
• Experience using data and analytics to measure adoption or business outcomes, beyond activity-based reporting.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools or digital OCM tools applied to communications, sentiment analysis, or stakeholder/impact mapping.
• Prosci certification and experience applying ADKAR framework; preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and defines strategic and tactical OCM activities across the OCM team and project delivery, including training material and knowledge base.
• Leads design and stand-up of client Centers of Excellence (CoE) for change, including governance, playbooks, and role definitions.
• Coaches line managers to lead their teams through continuous change capability.
• Directs development of scalable, self-service change playbooks, toolkits, and templates.
• Understands Prosci’s ADKAR Change Management Model and develops readiness and impact plans.
• Identifies stakeholders and builds relationships to support change across initiatives.
• Leads enterprise-wide digital transformation road mapping and defined workstreams.
• Provides change management guidance and mentorship to project teams and business partners.
