Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Change & Transformation, to lead strategic OCM activities and drive durable change capability across client engagements in the United States. You will shape approaches, coach teams, and build scalable change practices that endure beyond project go-lives.

You will guide governance, development of CoEs, and adoption metrics, using Prosci ADKAR and AI-enabled tools to improve stakeholder engagement and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent, relevant work in Organizational Change Management or enterprise transformation.
• Experience leading change initiatives independently or as part of a larger project.
• Ability to measure adoption and business outcomes using data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and tactical OCM activities across projects, including training materials and knowledge bases.
• Design and stand up Centers of Excellence for change and develop self-service playbooks.
• Coach managers to drive manager-led change capability across engagements.
• Develop scalable change playbooks, toolkits, and templates for ongoing transformations.
• Apply Prosci ADKAR and related models to enterprise readiness, impact assessments, and change plans.
• Lead enterprise-wide change roadmapping and manage defined workstreams with limited oversight.
