EPAM Systems is seeking a Principal Business Consultant to lead enterprise transformation programs in the US, aligning client strategy with a program of work and orchestrating EPAM and client teams to deliver measurable value.

You will partner with Practices across Software Delivery, Product Development/Engineering, Design, and Business Consulting to engage clients, shape go-to-market offerings, and help win new deals while advancing delivery excellence.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in consulting; digital/transformation programs lead experience.
• 10+ years of solutions and program management for technology-driven transformations.
• Ability to operate independently at client locations and grow accounts.
• Experience entering accounts at early stages and expanding to multiple work streams.
• Executive-level communication and influencing skills are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work and optimized solutions.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, and project leadership.
• Evolve transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches.
