Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United States seeks a Principal Business Consultant to lead large, cross-functional transformation programs in collaboration with clients and EPAM teams. You will shape strategy, align programs with organizational goals, and drive value realization while contributing to practice development.

You will partner with EPAM’s Practices to address client challenges, lead multi-workstream efforts, and support sales efforts with compelling proposals and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional education appreciated.
• 15+ years in consulting with digital and transformation programs.
• 10+ years delivering technology-driven transformations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-year, multi-workstream programs ($10M–$50M+).
• Proven ability to win/expand accounts and grow opportunities.
• Executive-level communication with client leadership and sponsors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-vendor strategic programs as top leader for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead business development and demand generation for continued growth.
• Demonstrate strong presentation, organization, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Evolve transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches.
• Help define EPAM’s go-to-market value propositions in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Support sales by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, and helping close deals.
