Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United States seeks a seasoned Principal Business Consultant to lead enterprise transformation programs, align client strategy with work plans, and drive growth with EPAM’s engineering teams.

You will partner with Practices to address business challenges, manage governance and reporting, and contribute to practice development and client success across multiple deals and accounts. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in consulting with digital and transformative programs.
• Ten+ years in solutions and program management for technology-driven transformations.
• Ability to operate independently at client locations and lead multiple work streams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting, and optimizing solutions for our clients.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Lead, model, and support evolution of transformation and program management methods and tools.
• Define EPAM’s go‑to‑market value proposition and collaborate with senior leadership to craft offerings.
• Support sales and pre‑sales activities by designing solutions and helping close deals.
