Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Principal Business Consultant to lead strategic client engagements and drive enterprise transformation programs in the US. You will align client strategy with a program of work, orchestrate EPAM and client teams, and contribute to growth across EPAM's consulting practices.

You will shape offerings, spearhead business development, and influence executive sponsors, partnering with Practices to deliver sustained value. Travel up to 50% is expected for impactful delivery.

Qualifications

• More than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment.
• Recent experience must include leading digital and transformative programs, communications strategies, and cross-discipline problem-solving
• More than ten (10) years of providing solutions and program management in support of technology-driven transformations
• Operate independently at client locations in a lean, high-growth environment
• Enter accounts early and grow them into multiple streams with multiple buyers/sponsors
• Strong understanding of digital commerce and content systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencer skills
• Skilled at analyzing complex business issues and communicating them to clients
• Anticipate risks and drive actions to mitigate issues
• Executive-level communication skills are required
• Ability to build teams and develop careers; recruiting and retention
• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree required; additional education appreciated
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to work in a high-growth, ever-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Help define EPAM's go-to market value proposition for solutions.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, and building client relationships to close deals.
