Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United States seeks a Principal Business Consultant to lead enterprise transformation programs and align client strategy with work plans. You will partner with EPAM teams to deliver measurable value and help grow the Business Consulting practice through strong client leadership.

You will shape transformation strategies, define KPIs, support governance and change management, and contribute to go-to-market offerings with senior leadership. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• More than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in an established consulting firm environment.
• More than ten (10) years of providing solutions and program management in support of technology-driven transformations.
• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations.
• Proven ability to enter accounts at early stages and grow them into multiple work streams.
• Executive-level communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, multi-vendor, multi-workstream strategic programs as the top leader responsible for targeted results.
• Lead business development and demand generation activities for these programs.
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Lead, model, and support the evolution of differentiated transformation and program management methods, tools, and approaches.
• Define EPAM’s go-to market value proposition for solutions and interface with senior leadership to craft offerings.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals, establishing relationships, and helping close deals.
