Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology programs within the CIO Enterprise Technology & AI team. You will translate strategic objectives into structured roadmaps, partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Business Ops, and ensure delivery across IT, data, and security domains.

You will work in a highly visible role requiring technical fluency, business acumen, and async collaboration to keep programs moving, risks surfaced,

Qualifications

6+ years of program management experience in Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope, roadmap, resources, and delivery tracking.
Define clear success metrics and report status and risks to ETA leadership; escalate issues with recommended paths forward.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems, outcomes, and trade-offs; drive cross-functional alignment.
