Qualifications

Technical Program Manager - Enterprise IT Programs

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join an engineering organization supporting a major next phase of Commercial Business integration with a Connected Living Platform.

This role will lead complex, enterprise-wide technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution levels - developing program plans, managing dependencies, working with senior leadership, and ensuring projects stay aligned to business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects

• Develop program strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and high-level project plans

• Coordinate multiple projects and ensure alignment across teams, technology, and business stakeholders

• Monitor milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall program health

• Recommend adjustments to scope, timing, resources, and budgets based on changing business needs

• Partner with Project Managers to keep initiatives on track and aligned with program objectives

• Communicate program strategy, status, risks, and changes to IT and business leadership

• Work closely with senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology opportunities

• Ensure programs deliver against strategic, technical, and business requirements

• Apply established project and program management methodologies to drive successful delivery

What We're Looking For

• 10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience

• 5-8 years of project management experience

• At least 3 years in a leadership role

• Experience managing complex, enterprise-level technology programs

• Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools

• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills

• Ability to work across technical and business organizations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Project Management certification required
