Job summary

Ditto is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own post-sale programs for select enterprise accounts. You will manage multi-team delivery, translate customer requirements into engineering deliverables, and own renewal outcomes while coordinating with engineering, product, and support.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, proactive risk management, and clear executive communication. This position supports teams across our Atlanta-area operations and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical implementations with direct customer-facing accountability.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into specific, actionable engineering deliverables.
• Experience owning renewals and retention outcomes without a formal quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication with both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale customer programs for enterprise accounts from kickoff to production.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and support to move programs forward without direct authority.
• Manage incident and escalation processes end-to-end and communicate clearly to customers.
• Drive renewal outcomes and surface expansion opportunities with context for the AE.
