Job summary

Digi International, via Particle by Digi, is seeking a Sr Technical Account Manager II for the West Coast US region with remote work options. You will own the technical success of a portfolio of large customers, coordinating with Success Managers and Account Executives to map and execute customer strategy.

You will guide post-sale deployments through production scaling, partnering with Engineering and Product to address platform issues and ensure customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3-5 years of technical sales or engineering experience.
• 3-5 years experience as a customer-facing Technical Account Manager or equivalent.
• Experience in Professional Services or Solutions Architecture is a plus, with emphasis on TAM skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical facets of an Enterprise account portfolio, including support, enablement, and escalation.
• Guide customers from deployment to production scaling and drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to provide customer technical context.
• Document customer implementations and use-cases throughout their lifecycle.
• Participate in on-call pager rotations for escalations.
