Particle by Digi is part of Digi International and is hiring a Business Development Representative II. This remote role focuses on prospecting and building a qualified pipeline across IoT segments, with 20-40 outbound calls daily and close collaboration with Account Executives.

The position emphasizes outbound strategy, qualification of leads, and regular CRM updates using NetSuite. Travel is limited, and a strong understanding of IoT domains helps drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years inside sales or business development experience.
• 3+ years in IoT, networking, embedded systems, or related verticals.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage pipeline by prospecting within assigned segments and territories.
• Make 20-40 outbound calls per day and coordinate with Account Executives.
• Hand off qualified leads to sales teams and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve prospecting strategies and outcomes.
