You will partner with leaders to strengthen organizational capability through performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in HR, Talent Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years leading enterprise HR programs with cross-functional impact.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive performance management, talent reviews, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong HRIS and workforce analytics skills.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for leadership.
• Experience influencing senior leaders on talent decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to promote consistent performance management practices across the organization.
• Analyze performance, talent, and organizational data to identify trends and leadership focus areas.
• Develop and maintain enterprise talent insights to support succession planning and workforce planning.
• Manage enterprise talent reviews with data analysis and action planning.
• Oversee annual performance management processes and collaborate with HR Technology for UKG system readiness.
• Create dashboards and reporting that provide leaders with meaningful talent insights.
• Collaborate with Compensation to develop or revise job descriptions and org charts.
• Guide leaders in applying enterprise performance management frameworks with fair, differentiated talent decisions.
• Identify organizational trends related to performance, engagement, and retention and provide actionable recommendations to the VP of Talent Management.
