Job summary

Ascend Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Talent Management & Engagement Partner to lead enterprise talent strategies, performance management, and employee engagement across the organization. You will design programs, coach leaders, and drive workforce analytics to strengthen leadership and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree in the listed fields preferred; PhD a plus.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification is required or preferred.
• Gallup Certified Strengths Coach or Gallup Workplace Consultant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise talent management strategies and programs.
• Own the enterprise performance management philosophy, framework, and annual process.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and calibration discussions.
• Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, and performance conversations.
• Develop tools and resources for leaders to develop their teams.
• Analyze workforce data and provide strategic talent insights.
• Partner with executives to align talent initiatives with business goals.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
