Job summary

FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a Senior Lead for Performance & Succession to design and drive enterprise performance management and succession practices. You will connect individual performance to strategic priorities, partnering with senior leaders to shape talent strategies that support long-term success.

You will build scalable processes, promote continuous feedback, and lead governance of performance frameworks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness or related discipline, including ownership of enterprise performance programs.
• Experience designing and implementing performance frameworks, leadership assessments and succession strategies.
• Strong analytical and consultative skills with ability to translate talent data into insights.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise change.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and governance of enterprise performance management programs centered on accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Set consistent standards for goal setting, performance reviews and related practices.
• Develop succession planning processes identifying critical talent and supporting leadership continuity.
• Align talent strategies with organizational objectives and workforce priorities.
• Facilitate talent reviews and calibration discussions for equitable decisions.
• Create dashboards, reports and insights to monitor progress and actions.
• Promote coaching, feedback and performance routines to reinforce expectations.
• Guide corrective actions and performance improvement efforts using structured approaches.
• Connect performance outcomes with succession, talent mobility and leadership development.
• Improve processes, tools and governance to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
