Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Learning/Program Development or Leadership Development & Talent Management or Organization Development or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs with multiple stakeholders and delivery cycles.
• Ability to translate feedback and data into insights, communications, and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver talent management strategies and leadership development processes.
• Lead operating routines, reporting, and action-planning across ESAT and Manager 360 cycles.
• Provide coaching to key leaders and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Develop content and resources to enable managers and talent partners for enterprise initiatives.
• Communicate outcomes and drive improvement through partner collaboration.
