Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead critical enterprise systems integration projects. This fully remote role enables you to work from anywhere while coordinating cross-functional teams across ERP, CRM, and SCM initiatives.

You will define scope and milestones, manage budgets, and ensure data migration, testing, and user adoption. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in PM, PMP/Prince2, and a track record of delivering large-scale, multi-phase integrations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience focusing on enterprise systems integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-phase integration projects with substantial budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise systems integration projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and detailed implementation plans.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Direct and mentor cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business analysts, and vendor representatives, in a remote environment.
• Oversee the integration of key enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and SCM solutions.
• Ensure seamless data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, including senior management and end-users.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Implement robust change management processes to support user adoption and minimize disruption.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement timely corrective actions.
