Job summary

McGraw Hill seeks a Sr Program Manager, Enterprise Systems to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and value realization across ERP, CRM, and digital platforms, partnering with business and tech leaders to drive decisions and outcomes.

This remote role expects 10–12+ years of transformation experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud/E-Business Suite expertise, and strong executive communication. MBA or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite; integration with Salesforce/Zuora or similar.
• PMO/PPM experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA and PMP are strongly preferred; Agile/SAFe certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase enterprise programs from planning through deployment and value realization.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across workstreams.
• Establish program governance and provide executive health updates and risk assessments.
• Drive delivery across system integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
