Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, IT or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of project management experience in financial services.
• Experience delivering complex financial system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex financial systems projects.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with finance and IT stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, risk, and budget management.
• Manage remote project teams and vendor partners.
• Oversee implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of financial software.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data privacy laws.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate status and reports to stakeholders clearly.
