• Proven track record leading legacy system modernization or decommissioning at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end systems architecture across CRM, billing, Marketing Ops, Revenue, and integration layers.
• Define target-state architecture and a sequenced roadmap for delivery across teams.
• Serve as final architectural authority on cross-system design decisions with stakeholder alignment.
