Job summary

PERSUIT is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design scalable solutions for our largest enterprise customers, with a focus on post-sales and e-billing engagements. You will guide discovery, data mapping, and solution design across multi-system implementations, translating client needs into practical, end-to-end designs.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Integrations, and Product teams while coaching junior staff and providing escalation support for complex challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture.
• Experience leading discovery and solution design for complex enterprise customers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, solution design, and data mapping for large onboarding projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear designs for Onboarding and Integrations teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT to understand processes.
• Scope integrations with ERP and financial systems like Workday, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Coach and upskill team members and mentor Solutions Consultants.
