Job summary

BigCommerce Pty. is seeking a Principal Business Systems Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of CRM, billing, and integrations. This senior IC role partners with GTM, Finance, and Marketing to transform a complex landscape into a scalable, modern architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture or senior technical IC leadership roles.
• Experience with CRM and billing/ERP systems across GTM revenue cycles.
• Strong ability to translate pain points into prioritized technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end systems architecture across CRM, billing, and integrations.
• Define target-state architecture and roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Lead legacy modernization and decommissioning at scale with risk management.
• Provide technical due diligence on major platform decisions and trade-offs.
• Create solution designs and hand off to developers with ongoing collaboration.
