Job summary

Habemco, headquartered in California with a distributed workforce, seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Administrator to manage core employee-facing platforms. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira/Confluence, IAM, and related SaaS tools, ensuring secure, reliable operations and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree.
• Seven years of progressive IT experience including at least four years administering enterprise apps in production.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Slack administration.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience with enterprise IAM (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID) and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, IAM systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, roles, licenses, access, and configuration.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding in coordination with HR and IT Services.
• Administer Jira projects/workflows and Confluence spaces and access control.
• Administer Slack access, workspace settings, permissions, integrations, and retention settings.
• Provide identity and access management support including SSO and MFA configurations.
