Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence instances.
• Manage all aspects of Slack workspace administration.
• Provide support and maintenance for the Bonita BPM platform.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for collaboration tool issues.
• Develop custom scripts for Jira and automate tasks with Python.
• Design and manage Slack integrations to streamline communication.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational procedures.
