Job summary

You will manage user access, licensing, and configurations, partner with HR and IT Services on onboarding/offboarding, and drive security and compliance through robust IAM and automation practices.

Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are essential as you collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement changes, maintain uptime, and support business needs across Habemco’s remote and on-site environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree.
• Seven years of progressive information technology experience, including at least four years administering enterprise applications or SaaS in production.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Slack.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with enterprise identity and access management (Okta, Entra ID) or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, groups, roles, and provisiong.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with formal change-management and IT support processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, IAM systems, and other enterprise apps.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, roles, licenses, and configuration.
• Support onboarding, transfer, and offboarding with HR and IT Services.
• Administer Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and Confluence spaces.
• Administer Slack access, workspace settings, permissions, integrations, and retention.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online and tenant troubleshooting.
• Support identity and access management including SSO, MFA, provisioning.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues requiring escalation beyond help desk.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement platform changes.
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
