SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead integrations across Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, connecting SaaS tools with CRM, ERP, and billing systems.

You will design RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and webhooks with emphasis on security and reliability, while mentoring teammates and guiding upgrades in large Linux environments.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in CS/IT or related field, plus hands-on IT experience in large enterprise environments.
Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
Experience with scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, or Java).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing) with data mapping and real-time synchronization.
Lead upgrades of Atlassian applications in large Linux environments and mentor teammates.
