You will work closely with senior executives to align support efforts with customer business goals and AWS capabilities, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and ongoing service improvements. The role requires strong leadership, deep enterprise software experience, and a proven track record in managing technical teams

Qualifications

5+ years direct customer engagement with senior executives (VP/C-level) experience
Experience working with enterprise software companies
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of technical team management experience

Responsibilities

Lead teams responsible for building or managing full application stacks from the system up through a custom application
Manage part of a network from layer 3 and higher
Provide enterprise support and resolve complex customer issues in collaboration with AWS customers
