Job summary

Equinix is seeking a senior strategist to shape and direct the execution of our enterprise strategy. You will partner with the CSO and executive team to translate long-term strategy into a clear, multi-year roadmap and measurable plans.

You will work across functions and regions to identify growth levers, evaluate capital allocation, and drive cross-functional strategy initiatives at scale. The role requires independence, advanced analysis, and strong communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide strategic plans and capital allocation.
• Strong financial modeling and multi-year forecasting experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities
