Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in the United States seeks a senior strategy professional to lead enterprise planning within the Corporate Strategy team, translating long-term goals into actionable multi-year roadmaps in partnership with the CSO and executive leadership.

You will shape cross-functional strategy, manage capital allocation discussions, and develop financial models to forecast performance across multi-year horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or private equity with tech exposure preferred.
• Experience driving enterprise-level strategic planning processes.
• Repeated experience building complex financial models and forecasting multi-year performance.
• Proven track-record leading cross-functional strategy initiatives.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to shape direction with senior leaders.
• Ability to draft and present client deliverables and communications strategies.
• Deep analytical, problem-solving and data-centric decision-making capabilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive work through ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Shaping enterprise strategy across long and short-term horizons.
• Support the Corporate Strategy team and adjacent functions in improving planning processes.
• Advise senior executives and contribute insights on business, technology and operations.
• Collaborate across functions and regions to prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Build and leverage financial models for decision-making and long-term forecasts.
• Synthesize market forces and decisions to evaluate growth drivers and capital allocation.
