Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise strategy roles in management consulting, corporate strategy or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proven ability to create long-term strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Valid experience driving high-level analysis, enterprise-wide collaboration and execution.
• Optional experience in transformation or digital strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-term roadmap and initiatives for the organization.
• Analyze retail trends, competitors and customers to uncover new concepts and services.
• Drive program execution across project teams to ensure quality, critical thinking, deliverables, collaboration and results communication.
• Partner with senior leaders in Marketing, Advertising and Customer Experience to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with Systems & Engineering leaders to focus on capabilities and grow the team’s knowledge base.
