Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Sr. Thought Leadership Lead within Enterprise Communications to own and elevate executive thought leadership.

You will set strategy, drive an annual plan, and ensure alignment with enterprise narrative and priorities, influencing reputation and stakeholder relationships. You will partner with executives and cross-functional partners to develop positioning, secure speaking engagements, craft briefing materials, and coach leaders for compelling external messaging across LinkedIn,

Qualifications

• 6+ years related work experience in communications/journalism/public relations or related field.
• Deep subject matter expertise in executive thought leadership at a national scale.
• Editorial leadership for flagship content with narrative strategy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own executive thought leadership program strategy and execution.
• Lead enterprise-wide executive thought leadership and storytelling initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing on content alignment and platforms across speaking, publishing, and social channels.
• Coach executives to improve external communication and voice across platforms.
• Partner with leaders to secure speaking engagements and prepare materials.
