Job summary

Equinix is seeking an experienced FP&A Senior Manager to drive financial planning and analysis for Americas, while supporting global reporting and long-range planning. You will partner with Global Design & Construction, Procurement, GRE, and Corporate Development to shape the data center platform and investment strategy.

The role requires strong FP&A expertise, executive-facing communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
• Experience supporting capital-intensive businesses or large investments.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; translates concepts into insights.
• Experience with Hyperion PBCS or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business partnership with GDC, Procurement, GRE, Corporate Development, and FP&A teams.
• Provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives, capital investments, and priorities.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions via data-driven insights.
• Own Americas CAPEX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Lead Americas cash flow forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Develop global reporting packages and executive-level analyses.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across functions and regions.
