CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Operations to understand client requirements, build cost models, and develop competitive sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes negotiating favorable terms with operator partners, balancing cost, service quality, and risk, while building strong relationships to support ongoing Enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transport, mobility, or sourcing roles.
• Experience with complex enterprise transportation programs.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for large enterprise shuttle programs.
• Develop accurate program cost models.
• Lead commercial negotiations with operator partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations on proposals.
• Maintain comprehensive sourcing data in systems.
• Identify supply constraints and develop executable solutions.
