CharterUP is seeking a data-driven Senior Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to design, source, and cost transportation solutions for large Enterprise opportunities. The role partners with Sales and Operations to understand requirements, build cost models, and select operator partners that balance cost and service quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in transportation or strategic sourcing, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and proven negotiation ability. Remote-first with U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, mobility, logistics, or strategic sourcing.
• Experience in passenger transportation or mobility operations is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sourcing strategies and cost models.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pricing and market data experience.
• Proven negotiation experience and ability to secure favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for complex Enterprise opportunities across shuttle programs and events.
• Evaluate scopes to determine requirements and feasibility.
• Develop program cost models based on scope and requirements.
• Lead supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure pricing and terms.
• Build strong operator relationships to support enterprise growth.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations during RFPs and handoffs.
• Document sourcing activity with accuracy across systems.
