You will coordinate across sales, solutions architecture, enterprise support, professional services, and partners; create scalable mechanisms, mentor other leaders, and translate lessons into improved guidance and product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior customer facing role experience.
• 15+ years of leading complex, large-scale IT, technical or engineering programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Experience in senior customer-facing roles and leading cross-functional transformation projects.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical teams across broad functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility escalations with executive stakeholders.
• Operate under pressure and drive clarity with incomplete information.
• Orchestrate across sales, solutions architecture, and enterprise support.
• Develop mechanisms and automation for escalation coordination.
