Job summary

The role combines deep data center and cloud skills with customer engagement to design tailored infrastructure solutions that align to business objectives. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, develop compelling technical proposals, and help drive solution adoption across our Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelorfers degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 35 years of experience in Solutions Engineer, pre-sales, or similar technical role.
• Willingness to travel to customer, partner, and company events as needed.
• Relevant certifications in infrastructure, cloud, or vendor technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments and requirements.
• Design and recommend infrastructure solutions aligned with budgets and business objectives.
• Support the development of technical proposals with documentation and configurations.
• Provide training and act as a technical resource for sales teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Security, and Services offerings.
