Job summary

SHI International is seeking a Solutions Engineer - Enterprise to work with account teams, assess customer data center environments, and design tailored infrastructure solutions. The role involves building relationships with OEMs, delivering training, and managing the solution practice pipeline across Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, and Services.

The position is remote but must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in complex Data Center sales opportunities.
• Ability to design data center infrastructures including hybrid cloud and SDDC.
• Advanced certification in related technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to assess customer data center environments.
• Design tailored infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs and partners; stay current on products.
• Provide training to sales teams and customers on technical topics.
• Act as a trusted IT advisor and manage the solution practice pipeline.
• Engage with CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs to ensure account management success.
