Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business across the West region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with new customers, manage forecasts, and advocate a consultative sales approach.

Ideally, you come from a technical background and have sold technical products before. You will thrive in a remote, open-source culture with strong growth opportunities, equity, and bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication across in-person, online and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to negotiations.
• Cultivate sales through outbound and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation and day-to-day customer requests.
