Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Experience with Open Source technologies preferred
• Experience in Metrics/Monitoring space preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Remote-first collaboration experience welcomed

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high growth Commercial Solutions Engineering team
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Own the technical engagement and help close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
• Provide feedback to product and engineering based on customer interactions and competitive landscape
• Contribute to enablement materials such as docs, blogs, and videos
